Epic Escapes is always looking for highly motivated and detail oriented self starters to join our team of​ travel planners. This is a great opportunity to combine your passion for travel and your sales experience to be a part of someone's travel memories.

As an independent contractor for Epic Escapes, you have the flexibility to work from home (or anywhere), creating quotes and assisting clients with finalizing travel plans. Agents then receive commissions from our suppliers after their client's travel via a twice monthly pay check.

 

Upon becoming a part of the Epic Escapes team: included trainings, on-site educational opportunities, agency trips, incentives and conferences with other professionals from around the world are a likely part of your new adventure.

At Epic Escapes, all of our Independent Contractors work as a team to help support each other in our goals. We ask agents to be engaged and active with the team.

This is a commission only position.

​

A one time $250 sign on fee is required once hired and at time of contract. This fee includes our exclusive agency handbook and online tutorials with testing. Agents also get access to our private Facebook page for questions and team building and other tools for learning and growing. We also offer one on one training sessions with the owner and COO which includes everything you need to become a travel agent specializing in any destination you wish to pursue. We teach new agents how to attract clients on social media, how to gather the information needed to present quotes for a client and how to close a sale. You will be supplied with a personal work email, CRM, an agency branded package and your fee will cover your errors and omissions insurance for your first year and a license to sell to residents in the state of Florida.

Each month while working with Epic Escapes agents have a $25 admin fee for the continual use of their personal email and the CRM system which allows you to keep online files for your clients and track commissions pending to be paid. And a yearly $50 fee to Florida for their mandatory license.

 Desired qualifications are as follows:

• Multiple visits to the destinations you wish to sell, at least one of which should have occurred within the last 12 months

• For Disney focused agents, advanced knowledge of Disney’s theme parks, resorts, and cruise line

• Detailed oriented, organized, and highly self-motivated

• Active presence on social media

• Proven sales background strongly preferred

• Excellent communication skills

• Tech savvy

• Strong desire to build a business; we are not looking for hobbyists
